  • Do you provide rush orders?

Yes. If you do need a rush, please inform a Customer Representative.

 
  • Will I receive an art proof?

Yes. Our art department will put together a proof so that you can approve it.

 
  • Are there any artwork setup fees?

The first emailed proof is free. After that, charges may apply.

 
  • Is there an extra charge for custom ink colors?

No. Our team will mix the colors you need for no extra charge.

 
  • Is there a minimum order requirement?

We require a 36 piece minimum.

 
  • Can I purchase blank garments?

Yes. You may find links to our vendors here.

 
  • Will the shirts shrink after washing?

Most items are pre-shrunk.

 
  • How can I get help with my design?

Email your request or call a Customer Representative.

 
  • Can I get a sample before I order?

There will be an extra charge and it varies by design.

 
  • How do I order my design with different products, colors or styles?

  • What happens after I place my order?

It will go into production and it ships to you in the time agreed upon.

 
  • When will I receive my order?

Typically within 5-7 business days. Orders received after 2 pm Central Time will not be processed until the following business day.

 
  • How can I check the status of my order?

  • Can I pay with a check or purchase order?

Yes. If paying with a credit card, there will be a 3% service fee.

 
  • What if I have a problem with my order?

Contact a Customer Representative at your soonest convenience.

 
  • Where is PGS located?

We are located in the Chicago area.

 
  • How many colors can my design be?

We can print up to 9 colors on white garments and 8 colors on colored garments. We also specialize in 4 color process and spot process printing.

 
  • Can I place an order online?

 

Unfortunately, not at this time. You must email or call a Customer Service Representative, and they will be happy to help you.

 

  • How do I send in artwork?

 

You can email to a Customer Service Representative.

 

  • What if I receive my order and it is incorrect?

Contact your Customer Service Rep and it should be corrected immediately

 
  • Can you print photographs?

Yes, as long as a high resolution photo is supplied. Preferably one that is 300 dpi. 

 
  • What about taxes?

    Sales tax (10%) is only charged to orders being shipped within the state of Illinois, or picked up at our location.

    **To be exempt from paying Illinois sales tax, we need a valid letter from IL Department of Revenue.  You can find more information here.     The name and address on the form must match the billing address for payment.      We cannot accept payment by personal check or credit card.
